3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the issue.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
4. Replacement Policy
After verification, eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect products may qualify for a replacement.
Replacements are subject to product availability.
Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
5. Non-Eligible Claims
The following situations are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:
Change of mind after purchase

Normal wear and tear after use
